Our Services

  • Primarily serving ages 15 and up, Blackburn Music Services works to provide a developmentally appropriate education for every voice. Lessons are available in 30- and 60-minute sessions along with an initial 15-minute consultation. All lessons are taught online using Farplay.

  • Prepping for an audition, performance, or competition can be difficult. Refining your dramatic and vocal performance with our coaching service can help you achieve your performance goals for any occasion.

  • We offer instruction in the fundamentals of playing the guitar, helping students acquire a comprehensive grasp of essential techniques, such as chords and melodic playing, along with fundamental music theory concepts like pitch and rhythm. Each lesson will be customized to meet the unique requirements of the student, with repertoire selected based on student interest and teacher recommendations for growth. This course is designed particularly for those individuals who have limited or no prior experience with guitar training.

  • Looking for a performance track for your choir or solo performance? We are happy to offer highly customizable accompaniment tracks. We also offer practice tracks for choral works with similar levels of customization.

  • Providing instruction on fundamentals through application of music theory topics, including but not limited to, music terminology, notational skills, basic compositional skills, sore analysis, and aural skills. Can be used in preparation for taking AP Music Theory, but not suggested as a substitute for the class in preparation for the test.
